The exponential growth Alabama has seen in the last few years means that thousands of people need more homes, businesses, and infrastructure to support themselves as they continue to build their lives in the state. The construction industry met this demand with stunning proficiency, and now the people of Alabama can rest secure that they are living in some of the most modern and sophisticate buildings in anywhere in the country and even the world.
Unfortunately the rapid speed many of the buildings in Alabama were constructed means that many construction workers that labored on these projects were forced to do so in less than safe conditions, as many overseers chose to push speed and cost rather than protect the rights and safety of their employees. Construction work is already dangerous enough, but when safety precautions and protocols are not followed potentially fatal worksites become virtual deathtraps.
If you or someone you love was injured on a construction site in Alabama, you may have the right to take legal action against those responsible for your pain and suffering. In fact, you may be able to collect financial compensation for your condition, but if you hesitate you risk losing the right to your restitution due to the two year statute of limitations for Alabama personal injury cases.
